I need help solving this maths problem

Solve for x such that \frac{\sin(x)}{1+\cos(x)}+\frac{\sin(2x)}{1+\cos(2x)}+\frac{\sin(3x)}{1+\cos(3x)}+\cdots+\frac{\sin(nx)}{1+\cos(nx)}=n

i am completely dumbfounded looking at this problem, i dont even know where and how to begin. how should i approach this problem, any ideas?
