If I extend the line BC till E and I draw a line perpendicular to the extended BC that will be the height of the BCE triangle right? Let the height be h then the area of BCE will be 1/2 × BC × h right?

Note that the height of point A and point E from the base BC is same. So the area of both ABC and BCE triangle is 0.5×height×BC , meaning equal area. Now we can solve the problem easily using trigonometry.

Yeah. I had to assume that the heights are equal. Then I used trig formula for area cause it involves the desired angle…
